How to configure the Notification feature for the MERCUSYS Camera on the MERCUSYS app

With the Notification feature configured on the MERCUSYS app, you can decide whether to receive notifications on your phone.

If you want to receive push notifications on your phone when the MERCUSYS Cameras detect events, please refer to the following steps to set up the Notification feature on the MERCUSYS app.

Here, we take MC210 as an example.

Step 1. On the MERCUSYS app > Tap the three lines at the top left corner > Notifications page > Camera to ensure the switch is enabled for your camera.

Turn off the Do Not Disturb feature.

On the Notifications page, select the Camera option to enable Device Sharing, Firmware Update, or Device as you desire, and turn off the Do Not Disturb option.

Step 2. Launch MERCUSYS app, and pick the camera you would like to edit by clicking the Manage icon to enter the Live View page.

Tap the Manage icon to enter the Live view page.

Step 3. On the Live View page, tap the icon at the top right corner to enter the Device Settings page.

Tap the gear icon to enter at the top right corner to enter the camera settings page.

Step 4. Click on Notifications on the Device Settings page.

Tap the Notification on the Camera’s Settings page.

Step 5. Enable Activity Notifications as per your desire.

Tap Activity Type to select the detection types for which you want to receive push notifications.

Note: Currently, some camera models do not have the Activity Type feature, but you will receive all types of notifications when the camera detects events.

Enable the Activity Notifications, and tap the Activity Type or the Schedule option. Select the Detection events for which you want to receive push notifications on the Activity Type page.

Set the time to receive the push notifications.

If you select Custom Time, you can customize the time period to receive the push notifications as you desire.

Select the Custom Time and set the time you want to receive the notifications.
